Stage 1

The clients made their initial approach to discuss their requirements by a visit to our showsite at Scotsdales Garden Centre.

Stage 2

Once the overall design and budget criteria had been outlined a site survey appointment was agreed. On site all elements of the design and build  were talked through with the client to ensure we had correctly interpreted their exact needs.

  • Stage 3

  • A formal quotation and design proposal were then submitted and accepted. Master drawings and specification were prepared as part of the contractual agreement supported by our ten year insurance backed guarantee.

          Stage 4

A final site survey was then undertaken prior to proceeding with ground work and the manufacture of the orangery.

  • Stage 5

  • Footings, foundations, insulated base and insulated 300 mm brick cavity walls were completed in two weeks.

  •                                                      Stage 6

  • The hardwood and double glazed units were then delivered and the structure erected over the next fourteen days.

  • Electrical work was then completed including underfloor heating.

  • Stage 7

  • Floor screed was laid and internal walls plastered followed by skirting board over the finished floor.

  • Project Complete

  • In just six weeks all was completed to the entire satisfaction of our clients.
